Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), data chunking, document conversion pipelines, and OpenSearch-based retrieval systems. This role involves designing and implementing scalable AI applications and integrating them into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python.

Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using OpenSearch or similar vector search technologies.

Implement data chunking strategies for processing large documents and datasets for LLM-based applications.

Develop document ingestion and conversion pipelines (PDF, Word, HTML, etc.) for AI-based knowledge systems.

Integrate LLMs and GenAI frameworks into applications for intelligent automation and conversational AI.

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.

Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Build APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities to other systems.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar).

Experience implementing RAG architecture and vector search systems.

Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for semantic search.

Knowledge of data chunking, embedding generation, and document indexing.

Experience with document processing and conversion frameworks.

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks.

Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI / Flask / Django.

Strong understanding of machine learning workflows and AI pipelines.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma).

Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and prompt engineering.

Experience building enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, or knowledge search systems.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
