Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager covering Bhagalpur, Purnia, Darbhanga, Begusarai, Muzaffarpur, Varanasi, and Gaya territories.

The Senior Sales

Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations in the assigned regions.

Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading sales teams, and meeting revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

• Sales expertise, including client relationship management, lead generation, and closing deals
• Strategic planning, business development, and market analysis skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant sales management software
• Ability to travel within the assigned regions for client meetings and business development
• Prior experience in education technology or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA is a plus
