👨💼 Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in laser-based industrial applications to join our growing team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2 Years or more

Qualification: Graduate (with 70%+ academic score)

Salary: Negotiable / As per company norms

🔍 What You’ll Do· 🤝 Client Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.

· 📈 Business Development: Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

· 💡 Technical Sales: Promote and sell laser solutions for marking, welding, cleaning, and micromachining applications.

· 🌍 Territory Management: Travel within your assigned region for client meetings, technical discussions, and demos.

· 💬 Communication: Present confidently and consult customers on technical solutions.

✅ What We’re Looking For· Minimum 2 years of experience in laser-based industrial applications

· Solid understanding of industrial processes and customer pain points

· Excellent communication & presentation skills

· A fast learner with a passion for sales and technology

· Willingness to travel as required
