We’re not looking for someone who just wants an internship.

We’re looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty with real campaigns, real budgets, and real results.

💻 What you’ll actually do (no fluff)

• Help run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, & YouTube
• Set up ads, audiences, budgets (yes, real money will be involved)
• Track what’s working (and what’s clearly not 👀)
• Work with data CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS won’t just be buzzwords anymore
• Sit with creatives, test ideas, break them, improve them
• Do A/B tests like a pro (or become one real quick)
• Research competitors, keywords, audiences basically stalk, but professionally
• Keep things organised (campaigns, budgets, reports the not-so-glam but crucial stuff)

🧠 What you should already kinda know

• Basics of PPC, social media & email marketing
• Tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
• How to think logically when numbers go up/down
• How to communicate without making things complicated

🎓 Graduate / MBA (or pursuing)

📜 Digital Marketing certification is a must

✨ Bonus points if you

• Have run ads before (even small budgets count)
• Understand funnels beyond just “awareness-consideration-conversion”
• Are decent with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ask “why” more than “what”
