Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise PVC compounding operations (hot & cold mixer) during assigned shift
- Ensure accurate raw material batching and formulation as per standards
- Monitor machine parameters and handle troubleshooting
- Achieve production targets within timeline
- Maintain product quality (color, consistency, and physical properties)
- Prepare daily production and shift reports
- Manage and guide shop-floor workers
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in PVC compounding or mixing unit
- Strong knowledge of PVC raw materials and additives
- Experience in handling high-speed mixers and cooling systems
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
Education
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer or related field
