Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely approval of vendor master requests in accordance with Global Procurement policies, Internal Controls, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and fraud prevention standards. The role acts as a key control point between request submission, business/functional approvals, and execution in SAP MDG / Vendor Request App. Approvals must comply with Vendor Master Policy, Internal Controls, and Audit requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Vendor Master Management, P2P cycle, and Internal Controls
• Understanding of audit requirements.
• Hands‑on experience SAP
• High attention to detail and risk awareness
• Ability to make data‑driven, policy‑aligned approval decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Vendor Master / Master Data / Procurement Operations
• Prior exposure to audit support or compliance roles (preferred)
