Application Security Engineer - DevSecOps 💰 Salary: $75,000 - 115,000 per year

At Dunhill Professional Search we are looking for a Security engineer!

🛠️ Our tech stack:

AWS, C#, JIRA, Java, Maven, OWASP, Security, ServiceNow, ASP.NET, Cloud

📝 Rquirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application security
Security+ certification or a similar credential
Active secret security clearance
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, etc.
Expertise with SAST, DAST, and OSA tools
Familiarity with Secure Coding best practices and frameworks like OWASP Top 10, SANS 25, and CVEs
Experience with tools such as BurpSuite, SonarQube, Fortify, Tenable, and ServiceNow
Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
Strong written communication skills for comprehensive report writing

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

Define, maintain, and enforce application security best practices
Conduct vulnerability assessments and both manual and automated code reviews
Demonstrate application vulnerabilities to owners and suggest mitigation strategies
Perform penetration tests and document findings comprehensively
Identify and analyze application security-related tools and provide recommendations
Write detailed reports outlining assessment results, outcomes, and suggestions for system security improvements
