Role Description

The Talent Management team at Dropbox is responsible for performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career management. We’re looking for an innovative leader to bring a fresh perspective to how we approach talent processes at Dropbox. This role will help reimagine and improve our talent management practices with a focus on innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence, within the context of organization and AI transformation.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and strong operator with experience in talent management/organizational development.
