We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Automotive Internet Sales Representatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills in a dynamic automotive environment, focusing on online customer engagement and digital marketing strategies. No prior dealership experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote vehicle sales
• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline by following up with leads and prospects
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs through consultative sales techniques
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new inventory online
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing high-end sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication and phone etiquette
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities using CRM tools

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Experience or interest in retail sales, or dealership environments is a plus but not required
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
• Knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms is beneficial
• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, or previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
