Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Gurugram. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and original content for various formats such as job descriptions, company profiles, social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics and client requirements, drafting and revising copy, and tailoring content to different audiences and brand voices. The role also involves collaborating with recruiters and account managers to understand open positions, highlight key role details, and ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials. The Writer will optimize content for readability and clarity, meet publishing deadlines, and support continuous improvement of content standards and style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content in en_US for multiple formats (web, print, and social media).
• Ability to research topics, industries, and roles, and translate complex information into accessible, reader-friendly language.
• Attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, structure, and tone, with consistent self-editing and revision skills.
• Comfort working closely with recruitment and client-facing teams to gather information and refine messaging.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as word processors, collaborative platforms, and online research resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in professional writing.
• Prior experience writing for recruitment, HR, employer branding, or professional services is an advantage.
