Job Title: Dental Assistant cum Receptionist

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Work Mode : In-person (RS Puram)

Mon-Sat : 10 AM to 2 PM, 5 PM to 8 PM

Salary : up to 12,000 (Based on experience Will Provided).

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our reputed dental clinic Dr. Smithas Dental Center at RS Puram, Coimbatore.

This role requires an individual who can effectively support dental procedures, manage reception activities, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of instruments and equipment.

Key Highlights

Experience Preferred, but Freshers with interest to learn are welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.

Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area and overall clinic.

Welcome and guide patients with warmth and professionalism.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments effectively.

Handle patient records, billing, and basic administrative tasks.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

Monitor and maintain stock levels of dental supplies.

Support the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

10th , 12th , Any Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
