1. Position: Dentist (BDS) – Clinic Management

Requirements

• BDS degree from a recognized university
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing day-to-day clinic operations.
• Excellent patient communication and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of NABH standards and dental software will be an added advantage.

Role Overview:

• Oversee clinic workflow, appointments, and staff coordination.
• Ensure smooth patient management and satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and documentation protocols.
• Support clinical team in treatment planning and execution.

2. Position: Specialist Dentist (MDS – All Specializations)

Requirements

• MDS degree in any recognized specialization (Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, etc.).
• Valid dental registration and clinical experience in respective specialty.
• Commitment to quality care, ethical practice, and patient satisfaction.

Role Overview:

• Perform advanced dental treatments as per specialization.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary cases.
• Contribute to the clinic’s NABH quality standards and excellence in patient care.
• Participation in clinical discussions and continuous learning encouraged.
