As an experienced professional in the Formulation and Drug Product Development (FDPD) function, your role will involve executing experiments for process and device optimization of various biologic molecules. You will be responsible for planning and conducting experiments, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute assigned projects in the FDPD function, including process and device optimization experiments.
- Develop and implement suitable methods for the characterization of pipeline molecules to support container closure selection and process characterization.
- Analyze experimental results, prepare technical reports, and presentations for functional review.
- Assist in data acquisition, processing, and compilation by drafting study protocols and method development reports.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all work conducted to ensure compliance with Safety Health and Environment (SHE) and Quality Management Systems.
- Support additional FDPD team assignments as required by Team Lead or Functional Head.
- *Qualifications:**
- Educational qualification: A Master's degree in Science (Biochemistry or Biotechnology) or (Mechanical/Biotechnology) is required.
- Minimum work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- *Skills & Attributes:**
- Technical Skills:*
- Good understanding of process and device functionality.
- Familiarity and some previous hands-on experience with medical device testing, especially UTM handling.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Behavioral Skills:*
