<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>HR Digital Solutions Intern&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Support the development of an internal Equity Compensation Resource Hub on DV’s intranet.</p> <p>The goal of this project is to create a centralized, easy-to-navigate site that helps employees</p> <p>understand DV’s equity incentive plan, including the employee stock purchase program.</p> <p>The intern will help design the structure of the site, develop educational content, and organize</p> <p>key resources so employees can easily access information about equity awards, vesting, and</p> <p>other related processes. This role will involve collaboration with the Equity Compensation team,</p> <p>HRBPs, Legal and Finance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist in building and organizing an equity compensation resource site on the DV intranet.</li> <li>Develop clear, employee-friendly content explaining equity incentive plans and related</li> <li>processes</li> <li>Create FAQs, guides, and educational materials related to equity compensation</li> <li>Develop visuals / diagrams to illustrate key concepts (e.g., grant, vesting, exercise)</li> <li>Organize content into a logical site structure and navigation</li> <li>Coordinate with HR, Legal and Finance teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Who You Are&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Communications,</li> <li>or a related field</li> <li>Strong writing and communication skills</li> <li>Strong organizational and research abilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li> <li>Interest in HR, compensation, or employee benefits</li> <li>Basic experience creating visual or educational content</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
