Arpshah is a next-generation AI-driven real estate platform designed to transform property discovery, search, listing workflows, and intelligent interaction through semantic retrieval, multimodal systems, and agentic AI. Doorviser is the intelligence layer that powers conversational search, recommendations, automation, and AI-assisted workflow orchestration across the platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking AI Full-Stack Engineers from junior to senior level to help build the full Arpshah and Doorviser platform across frontend, backend, cloud, data, and AI workflows.

This role is ideal for engineers who can operate across modern web development, cloud infrastructure, vector databases, LLM systems, and product delivery in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
• Develop conversational AI experiences for Doorviser
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and semantic retrieval workflows
• Build systems for vectorization of text, images, metadata, and multimodal content
• Integrate LLM APIs, agents, and workflow automation into production products
• Build scalable services using Firebase, GCP, Vercel, Cloudflare, and GitHub CI/CD workflows
• Design structured and unstructured data systems for AI-enabled applications
• Support rapid prototyping in Replit or similar environments and production hardening in GitHub-based workflows
• Work closely with design, product, and business teams to translate requirements into production features
• Contribute to system architecture, performance, security, and deployment strategy

QualificationsJunior

• 1+ years of software development experience, internships, or strong full-stack project work
• Familiarity with frontend and backend development using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or TypeScript
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, vector databases, and startup product development

Mid-Level

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping production web applications
• Familiarity with backend APIs, frontend architecture, cloud deployment, and AI integrations
• Understanding of vector search, embeddings, and modern AI product patterns

Senior

• 5+ years of full-stack or platform engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and shipping scalable systems across frontend, backend, and AI workflows
• Familiarity with production LLM systems, agentic AI, vector databases, and multimodal pipelines
• Ability to lead engineering efforts, mentor others, and own major product areas

Preferred Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
• Preference for candidates from top universities such as UT Austin, MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, or equivalent institutions
• Preference for candidates with prior experience at Google, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, or comparable high-performance technology companies
• Strong familiarity with vectorization, vector databases, multimodal data structures, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and agentic AI systems
• Experience with GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Firebase, GCP, Replit, and modern full-stack product delivery
• Experience operating in fast-moving startup or advanced research environments
