About The Team
Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We’ve built a retail media network that enables CPG advertisers to reach DoorDash audiences and drive sales and category growth. This role will help accelerate CPG Ads growth by building and scaling net-new demand channels through strategic partnerships.
About The Role
You will report into the Director of Go-To-Market and Demand on our CPG Ads team within Ads Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will own the strategy and creation of our partner demand and forecasting capabilities. You will:
- Own Partner GMV Forecasting: Leading the development of our capabilities to accurately project CPG partner growth that will occur on the DoorDash platform.
- Own JBP Scenario Planning: Empowering our sales and partnerships team to effectively model different outcome scenarios based on different investment decisions based on CPG partnership goals and objectives
- Establish Demand Tracking Capabilities: Help the team to diagnose business performance and what is driving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance vs plan.
- Support our Internal Planning Process: Work cross functionally with finance and sales operations to help ensure that we are building the most accurate and effective internal revenue goals.

- You have 4+ years of experience in retail, CPG or media forecasting and analytics.
- You have a track record of building scalable forecasting tools that empower internal teams to be successful.
- You bring strong business and analytical rigor, with advanced SQL and analytics experience.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your output (i.e. Cursor, Claude Code)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$105,400—$155,000 USD
