About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee our growing fleet of vehicles. This role is critical to keeping our technicians on the road and our operations running smoothly.

• You’ll be responsible for vehicle registration, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring that all fleet-related items are handled efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 50+ vehicles and a growing fleet
• Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, and DMV compliance
• Track inspections, emissions, and ensure all vehicles are up to date
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs
• Be available for phone call with truck issues
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
• Monitor vehicle condition and address issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and internal teams
• Help ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and job-ready

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience with fleet management, vehicle coordination, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of DMV processes, registration, and compliance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create good relationships with vendors
• Must be available by phone on weekends

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
