As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Advancement: 

Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.  With proper experience our Assistants earn $21 to $23 per hour including  sick pay and health care.  Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! on experience,

• Prior leadership experience preferred but not necessary
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
