- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operations
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail or food service management (preferred)
