Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Saint Louis, United States! We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success at 5421 Chippewa. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high product quality standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and profitability
- Handle cash management and daily financial reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
- Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Proficiency in basic math and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus
