✔ Schedule meetings, calls, and maintain calendars
✔ Prepare and organize client files and documentation
✔ Assist with insurance and investment application processing

✔ Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
✔ Support management with reports and basic bookkeeping tasks

- *Qualifications**
