Job Description

Drive daily retail operations as an Assistant Manager. Support the Store Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service, staff training, and meeting sales targets while managing store tasks. In this role, you will oversee the daily functions of the store, assisting with staff management and operations.

Key responsibilities include merchandising, customer issue resolution, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will also be responsible for the training and development of employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Manager in staff management
