Dollar Tree Canada is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager (Merchandising), a Part-Time Assistant Manager and Customer Service Associates with flexible weekday, evening & weekend availability to work in our store located at 425 Caradoc St. South, Strathroy, ON.

What you will do as a Full-Time Assistant Manager (Merchandising):

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards
• Process all corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, Key Survey information requests, and any additional communications related to store activities
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Other duties as assigned*

Your qualifications include:

• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighting up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school
• Retail management experience preferred
• Flexible work availability

The starting pay for a full-time Assistant Store Manager is from $19.10 per hour.

• Deliver great customer service
• Oversee and participate in activities across all areas of the store including merchandising and front-end operations
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Foster a culture of safety while meeting productivity targets
• Assist in all areas of the store as needed

Your qualifications include:

• Friendly and helpful team player
• Safety focused mindset
• Great communication skills
• Retail management experience preferred
• Flexible work availability

The starting pay for a part-time Assistant Store Manager is from $17.85 per hour.

• Deliver great customer service
• Assist with the receiving of merchandise
• Merchandise product throughout the store
• Operate a cash register
• Other duties as required

Your qualifications include:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Flexible work availability

The starting pay for a Customer Service Associate is $17.60 per hour.
