Location:. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Israel and North America (eastern or central time zones). The solution delivers a seamless onboarding experience, an intuitive UI, and a powerful autonomous optimization engine that ensures Kubernetes environments run efficiently with minimal human intervention. <h2>The Opportunity</h2> As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clear, well-defined requirements that enable the engineering team to execute efficiently. You will work closely with R&D to bridge the gap between product vision and development, ensuring sprint readiness and alignment with business objectives. This role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to remove roadblocks, refine priorities, and drive a structured approach to product execution, preventing delays and ensuring timely delivery of impactful features. If you want to be on the cutting edge of innovation in B2B SaaS, this is a role for you. <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows that enable the engineering team to execute them efficiently and effectively.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product-market fit and enhance user experience.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance insights.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the customer’s advocate internally, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation, adoption, growth, and renewals.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Influence and contribute to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and drive data-informed decisions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in post-acquisition integration or scaling a product within a larger ecosystem is a plus.</li> </ul> Are you a Do’er?
