About the Role

At Docxster , we’re not looking for “dial-and-smile” reps. We’re building a team of sharp, thinking SDRs who understand why they’re reaching out, not just what to say. If you’ve worked in SaaS, understand buyer psychology, and can turn cold outreach into meaningful conversations…this is your playground.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls, not just volume, but intent
  • Research accounts like a pro, no random blasting
  • Start conversations with decision-makers, for example in logistics, freight, and ops-heavy industries (Bonus points if you have exp in these industries)
  • Qualify leads using real frameworks (not just checkbox BANT)
  • Build pipeline for AEs with high-quality, sales-ready opportunities
  • Follow up like someone who respects timing but doesn’t disappear
  • Continuously refine messaging based on what works (and what doesn’t)

What Makes You a Fit

  • 1–5 years experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS or tech sales
  • You’ve sold into US or international markets (bonus if logistics/domain exposure)
  • You don’t copy-paste, you think before you hit send
  • You understand that attention is earned, not demanded
  • You can handle rejection without losing sharpness
  • Comfortable working night shifts (non-negotiable)

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • You’ve written cold emails that actually got replies
  • You understand ICPs, pain points, and timing, not just scripts
  • You can tell the difference between interest vs curiosity vs real buying intent
  • You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.
