Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Outpatient Medical Coder with hands-on experience in Kareo software. The candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing, coding, and submitting outpatient medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maximize reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review outpatient medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Utilize Kareo software for coding, charge entry, and claim submission
- Verify documentation supports assigned codes and query providers when necessary
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per company requirements
- Identify and correct coding errors and denials related to coding issues
- Stay updated with coding guidelines, payer policies, and industry changes
- Collaborate with billing and AR teams for claim resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in outpatient coding
- Hands-on experience with Kareo (Tebra) software is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Certification preferred: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication skills

- Work Mode: WFO
- Location: Ameerpet ,Hyderabad.
Pay: ₹20,000.06 - ₹35,000.00 per month
