Duties

• Provide skincare treatments and esthetician services as applicable
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
• Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
• Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development
