Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic AM Line Cook/Prep to join our culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and assisting in the assembly of dishes during morning shifts. Your culinary expertise will help ensure our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Must be available to work 6:30AM to 2PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards
• Support the kitchen team in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation expectations
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling and storage
• Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for upcoming service periods
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, and other culinary tools
• Support catering and special event preparations as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to facilitate smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Italian Restaurants
• Proven culinary experience in upscale dining or restaurant settings with strong knife skills and food preparation expertise
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen sanitation practices
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Basic understanding of the food industry standards related to serving, food handling, and kitchen operations
