Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, SEO)
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls
- Build and manage prospect databases
- Execute cold email/calls and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign strategies
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
Requirements and skills :
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation / IT Sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools (Instantly, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong communication and research skills
- Understanding of IT services (Web/App Development preferred)
- Experience targeting international markets (US/Canada)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
