Job Description

Transform municipal services as a Strategic Business Improvements Manager. Use Lean Six Sigma strategies to streamline workflows, improve performance, and encourage a data-driven culture of excellence in a supportive environment.

You will lead the Engineering Department’s process improvement programs while reporting to the Director of Engineering. Your mission involves planning and guiding strategic initiatives, managing process changes, and delivering measurable results across departments. Collaboration will be crucial as you work to enhance efficiency and the quality of services provided to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate degree needed
