Senior Tax Associate | $100,000 – $120,000 | Markham (Hybrid)

Most firms measure experience by time.

This firm has built its team around that idea. You won’t be siloed into one type of return or stuck churning through prep work. Instead, you’ll get involved across the full picture, from compliance through to review, financial statements, and client-facing work.

The role itself is broad and hands-on. You’ll work across T1–T5 returns, support compilations and reviews, and be involved in financial statement preparation and management. There’s also a strong emphasis on mentoring, helping guide junior staff and being part of a team that genuinely collaborates.

Busy season is still busy. But it’s structured, supported, and planned properly.

• Someone who enjoys being hands-on, collaborative, and part of a growing team.
