The Mission

We aren't just looking for "pretty posts." We need a growth-minded marketer to take the reins of our digital presence and convert local interest into confirmed bookings. Your primary goal is to decrease the "ramp-up" time for new practitioners and keep our veteran team's calendars optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Localized Paid Ads: Manage and optimize small-scale, high-impact Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and/or Google Ad campaigns targeting the Victoria area.
• SEO & GMB Optimization: Ensure our Google My Business profile is the first thing people see when searching for "RMT Victoria" or "Acupuncture near me."
• Content Strategy: Create or curate 2–3 high-quality posts per week that highlight our practitioners' expertise and the clinic’s unique aesthetic.
• Conversion Tracking: Monitor Jane App (or our current booking software) analytics to see which campaigns are actually resulting in appointments.
• Email Marketing: Brief monthly newsletters to our existing patient base to fill last-minute openings or introduce new services.

• The Local Expert: You understand the Victoria market and what resonates with the health-conscious community here.
• Data-Driven: You care more about "Cost Per Acquisition" than "Engagement Rate."
• Self-Starter: You don't need hand-holding. You see an empty spot on the calendar and know exactly which lever to pull.
• Health & Wellness Fluent: You understand the regulations around marketing for regulated health professionals (RMTs, etc.).
