About the Role

We are looking for a smart, creative, and growth-focused Junior Social Media Marketing Executive who can help brands grow 100% organically across major social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, audience psychology, content strategy, consistency, and engagement tactics that increase followers, reach, trust, and inquiries without paid ads.

Main Responsibilities:Organic Growth Strategy:

• Build and execute strategies to grow followers naturally.
• Increase engagement, shares, saves, comments, profile visits, and reach.
• Research competitors and apply winning growth ideas.
• Use trend-based content strategies to improve visibility.
• Grow niche communities and audience trust.

Content Creation & Publishing:

• Create daily post ideas, captions, hooks, and content calendars.
• Publish content consistently on all platforms.
• Repurpose one content piece into multiple formats.
• Maintain brand voice and identity.

Engagement Management:

• Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries quickly.
• Engage with relevant pages, influencers, and target audiences.
• Community building through regular interaction.

Reels / Shorts / Video Growth:

• Suggest viral reel ideas.
• Manage short-form content posting strategy.
• Optimize titles, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails.

SEO & Discoverability:

• Use keyword strategy for search visibility.
• Optimize profiles and content for discovery.
• Improve ranking on platform search.

Reporting:

• Weekly growth report.
• Insights on what worked / failed.
• Suggestions for next week improvement.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of organic social media growth.
• Canva / CapCut / VN basic editing skills.
• Good English communication.
• Understanding of trends and algorithms.
• Creativity + consistency mindset.
• Self-disciplined for remote work.
• Laptop + strong internet required.
