A growing organization in the Trenton area is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Systems Analyst to support and enhance their ERP environment. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure the platform is optimized for business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an end-user environment where you can have real ownership of the system and play a key role in ongoing improvements and future ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional Systems Analyst for D365 F&O
• Gather and translate business requirements from finance and operations stakeholders
• Configure and optimize modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Support system improvements, enhancements, and integrations
• Work with internal teams and external partners on upgrades and projects
• Troubleshoot system issues and support users across the business

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in an end-user environment is highly desirable
