💬 Role 1: DM-Based Appointment Setter (Remote)

What you’ll do

Source your own leads via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

Engage & warm up prospects via DMs

Book appointments & manage follow-ups

Maintain basic tracking of leads and meetings

What we’re looking for

Strong written English communication

Self-driven & comfortable working independently

Experience in outreach/lead generation preferred

10% commission per closed deal

10% recurring on repeat clients

Performance-based bonuses.

📞 Role 2: Cold Calling Appointment Setter (Remote)

What you’ll do

Call cold business leads (raw, unfiltered lists)

Qualify prospects & spark interest

Book appointments & share context with closers

What we’re looking for

Confidence in cold calling

Consistency & resilience

Ability to convert conversations into booked calls

Commission-only (uncapped earnings)

Earn on every deal closed from your booked calls

Includes a 7-day trial with a starter lead list

✅ Basic Requirements:

18+

Fluent in English

Comfortable with commission-only roles

Prior outbound experience is a plus.
