Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport
• Present and promote our products or services effectively, highlighting their benefits to meet customer needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing client questions and overcoming objections with confidence
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for lead management, data tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manage leads, track performance, and maintain organized records.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Knowledge of sales techniques such as warm calling, outbound calling, and business development strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high motivation and discipline
• Customer service orientation combined with a proactive attitude towards meeting sales targets
