What you’ll be doing:
- Managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube
- Monitoring performance and making optimizations
- Testing creatives, audiences, and offers
- Working with data to improve results
This role is a good fit if:
- You've run paid ads before (specifically lead gen)
- You understand performance metrics at a high level
- You're comfortable testing and iterating
- You want hands-on experience with real accounts in the home improvement niche
