Job Description
As a Sales Manager Bancassurance at GoDigit General Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales through assigned bank- branches within your territory. This role focuses on managing relationships with bank branch staff, enabling branch activation, providing sales training,and ensuring operational efficiency.You play a critical role in driving insurance penetration through customer segmentation, field engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer segments and identify sales opportunities within assigned bank branches.
- Train and engage bank staff to promote GoDigits insurance products.
- Drive branch activation through campaigns, contests, and R&R initiatives.
- Support sales closures and cross-sell efforts with partner banks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, documentation, and issue resolution.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Bancassurance or banking alliances
Technology Exposure
- Familiarity with CRM tools, policy issuance platforms, and Excel reporting
