Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Implementation and deploying cybersecurity solutions
• Experience in Project Implementation and delivering client-focused solutions
• Strong Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving technical challenges
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities for maintaining client relationships and satisfaction
• Project Management skills, including proficiency in planning, monitoring, and executing projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent) are preferred
• Previous experience in SOC implementation or cybersecurity is an advantage
