Electrical Foreman (Industrial)

We are currently seeking an experienced industrial electrical foreman to join our growing team, with a focus on industrial - manufacturing and food and beverage.
This position requires an individual who is highly skilled at interpreting electrical plans and specifications and installing electrical systems. The hours of work for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on site
- Installation and servicing of industrial power distribution systems, MCCs, panels, transformers, and motor controls
- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC controls, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Conduit, cable tray, process wiring, and equipment connections for production lines and industrial machinery
- Shutdown planning and execution in operating facilities with minimal disruption to production
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, schematics, and control diagrams
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, clients, and other trades to maintain schedule and productivity
- Maintaining Dielco Electric Ltd.’s strong commitment to safety, quality, and workmanship
- Material planning, manpower coordination, and daily progress reporting
Requirements
- Licensed Journeyperson Electrician (309A)
- Strong background in industrial food & beverage and/or manufacturing environments
- Experience with: Industrial power distribution, Motor controls and VFDs, PLC / automation systems, Instrumentation and process controls, Equipment installations and shutdowns
- Proven leadership experience running crews and coordinating projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Minimum 10+ years experience as a licensed electrician
- Valid G driver's license

Wage: $50 - $56 / Hr plus a benefit and pension package.
