Serving as a consultant to the client, the CAE will demonstrate the value of what's possible through the implementation of additional Dialpad product suite offerings. The CAE will develop and execute a sales strategy for their book of business. They will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives, managing overall customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CAE is ultimately responsible for ensuring our customers continually realize the value of their accounts, driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad.  This position reports to our Sales Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Denver Office. What you’ll do <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Focused on a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, the Mid-Market CAE will own the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners to grow our existing customer base.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create a territory account plan for how you will consistently achieve your quarterly goals and activity metrics.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cultivate relationships with our customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans—aligning our product suite with their goals.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Generate a pipeline and drive an efficient sales process.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a Dialpad expert, becoming a trusted advisor and resource for your customers. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
