We are looking for a creative, marketing-driven content creator to join our team on-site in Ottawa. This role is focused on developing engaging content that captures attention, communicates our brand, and drives growth across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing content, while working closely with management, watchmakers, dealers, and owners to bring ideas to life. This role requires someone who can both execute and think—contributing to content ideas before filming, and refining them based on performance.

You should also be comfortable appearing on camera when needed to help create engaging and relatable content.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas before execution
• Work alongside watchmakers, dealers, and owners to create authentic content
• Appear on camera when needed to help deliver content
• Write captions and help communicate brand messaging
• Research the luxury watch market and analyze competitor content
• Continuously improve content based on performance metrics and feedback
• Deliver 1–2 high-quality posts per week consistently

• Ability to independently shoot and edit content

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Ottawa
• Must be reliable, organized, and proactive
• Must be comfortable collaborating with different team members

Compensation

• Part-time role
• $20–$35/hour depending on experience and skill level
