Job Description

In this role you will support the pursuit of new business by leveraging technology to design supply chain solutions for new operations, as well as re-engineering projects for existing operations.

• Supporting the new business development process through active participation in solution development projects
• Developing engineering designed with appropriate use of labor, technologies, systems and equipment
• Providing analytical and warehouse management systems design support on implementation projects
• Reengineering - ability to identify process improvement opportunities within existing operations, incorporates new technology (robotics) within the processes where applicable
• Supports and provides input to the strategy team in reviewing and defining solutions design strategies, by managing complex data sets and conducting statistical analysis
• Drives/supports development of new/innovative services and solutions to meet our customer’s needs

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required
• 3+ years experience working in Supply Chain, required
• Solutions Design experience, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI, required
• Ability to analyze and summarize large data sets, required
• Effective verbal and written communication, required
• Team player with strong interpersonal abilities, required
• Problem solving and innovative thinking, required
• Attention to detail, required
• Ability to compare different solution options and conduct ROI analysis, required
• Quick learner to adopt new skills such as software, tools, models and processes, required
