Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Verna, Goa (Office-based, Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM)

Salary: ₹75,000.00 per month + Uncapped Commissions

(After one year, the average agent earns a minimum of ₹125,000 – ₹200,000 monthly)

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

This role requires prior U.S. sales experience, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and understand the nuances of selling in the U.S. market, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions.
• Generate and close deals by preparing competitive quotes and delivering compelling sales pitches.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and upsell additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: Prior experience in U.S. sales (B2B preferred).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools) is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
