Develop and implement demand forecasting and replenishment strategies to maintain optimum stock levels across all locations
Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and ensure uninterrupted operations across clinics/units
Ensure high accuracy between physical stock and system records through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Optimize inventory holding, reduce excess and slow-moving stock, and improve overall inventory turnover
Manage expiry-sensitive inventory using FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize losses due to expiries
Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely supply, cost efficiency, and adherence to lead times
Drive inter-location stock transfers to reduce idle inventory and avoid unnecessary procurement
Ensure adherence to inventory processes and effective utilization of ERP systems
Generate timely inventory MIS reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls, support audits, and manage and mentor inventory teams across locations
