<p>This role sits at the center of the Dice sales business—translating strategy into execution, driving alignment across functions, and ensuring priorities turn into measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role. It requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level, anticipate needs, and step in wherever the business requires</p>

<li>A siloed program owner with narrow scope</li>
<li>A purely strategic or purely operational role—you will do both</li>

<p><strong>Once hired, you will:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Drive Execution of Business Priorities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate leadership strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams</li>
<li>Establish and implement the processes, systems, and operating structures needed to deliver sales results</li>
<li>Ensure initiatives move forward with urgency and accountability</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Own Business Rhythm & Operating Cadence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and run core business rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, planning cycles, QBRs)</li>
<li>Bring structure, clarity, and visibility to priorities, performance, and risks</li>
<li>Ensure leaders are aligned and focused on the highest-impact work</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Act as a Cross-Functional Integrator</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other functions to drive alignment and execution</li>
<li>Support critical initiatives such as tool implementation, process design, operating cadence, and enabling team effectiveness</li>
<li>Co-lead change management initiatives that drive meaningful long-term transformation</li>
<li>Step into ambiguous situations and bring order, direction, and progress</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Identify Risks and Drive Resolution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities</li>
<li>Surface issues early and propose actionable solutions before they escalate</li>
<li>Remove blockers and ensure teams can execute effectively</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you bring to the team</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to turn strategy into execution in complex, cross-functional environments</li>
<li>Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority</li>
<li>Strong operational instincts—you know how to build structure where it doesn’t exist</li>
<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and results</li>
<li>Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and drive solutions independently</li>
<li>Comfortable operating at all levels—from executives to individual contributors</li>
<li>High ownership, low ego, and a reputation for getting things done</li>
