🚀 Hiring: Learning Content Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) – Bangalore (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Content Specialist to work on global training programs and content development for advanced platforms. If you have a passion for instructional design, project management, and learning technologies, this role is for you!

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Duration: 1+ Year (High chance of conversion in 2027)

🕒 Work Schedule:

Tue–Thu: Office (11 AM – 1 PM IST) + Remote (7:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST)

Mon & Fri: Remote

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage learning content implementation across platforms

Develop training materials (RISE, videos, facilitator & reference guides)

Collaborate with SMEs, LMS teams, and global stakeholders

Ensure quality, tracking, and timely delivery of learning programs

Support content development and continuous improvements

🔹 Required Skills:

✔️ 6+ years in learning content / training / project management

✔️ Strong experience with Smartsheet or similar tools

✔️ Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

✔️ Experience with ADDIE model & instructional design

✔️ Strong communication & multitasking skills

⭐ Experience in biotech / medical device domain

⭐ Tools: Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe InDesign
