Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuddapah for an Information Technology Support Technician. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, Laptops, printers, CCTV and other network issues, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing repairs. The technician will also coordinate with teams to ensure efficient daily IT operations and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, Printers & CCTV.
- Experience in Printer Support and Computer Repair
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills and must be good at MS-office specially on word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and IT security is a plus
- A certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar is preferred
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in an on-site setting, must visit clients/customers to fix issues.
