Key responsibilities 1.

End-to-end ownership of offline activations Take complete responsibility for planning and executing Dezerv s offline BTL activities across corporates and premium societies Identify opportunities to conduct Wealth Sessions, Retirement Sessions, and other investor engagement formats Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to post-event conversion tracking 2.

Pre-event planning and stakeholder coordination Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as CFPs, CGPs, RMs, and Growth teams to identify relevant opportunities and event formats Work with external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, corporate SPOCs, and society management committees, to source and finalize activation opportunities Connect with society and corporate SPOCs to lock event dates, venue details, permissions, and attendee logistics Align with speakers and internal teams to finalize the event agenda, flow, and presentation content Ensure all event requirements are planned in-advance and timelines are met 3.

Marketing collateral and event promotion Plan and prepare all pre-event promotional and branding materials such as standees, posters, WhatsApp comms, Luma event pages, etc Work with design/content/internal teams or agencies to ensure all communication is high quality, brand-aligned, and delivered on time Drive attendee awareness and registrations before the event4.

On-ground event execution Manage end-to-end logistics for the event day, including coordination with vendors for audio system, projector, food, goodies.

Coordinate with RMs, speakers, and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience Manage attendee communication, reminders, check-ins, and presence tracking Troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure the session runs smoothly5.

Post-event lead management and follow-up Coordinate with RMs to ensure all leads generated from the event are logged correctly and on time Reach out to attendees after the event to drive meeting bookings with the RM team Follow up with RMs on lead status, meetings booked, and eventual conversions Maintain proper documentation and tracking of event performance and business outcomes6.

Reporting, analysis, and improvement Evaluate each event on key metrics such as registrations, attendance, meetings booked, and conversions Identify learnings from each activation and recommend improvements for future events Build and maintain a strong feedback loop between on-ground execution and business impact Ensure event documentation, trackers, and process notes are updated regularly Skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong documentation and articulation skills Good planning and organizational ability Stakeholder management Vendor coordination and event logistics management High attention to detail and execution excellence
