Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliation
- Maintain QC, CRM, HSE systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
Evaluation is done based on the following:
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, executive assistance, business administration or similar
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry, word and excel
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
-Optional knowledge of QC systems such as ISO 9001, ISO17025
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
