Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Maintain QC, CRM, HSE systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion

Evaluation is done based on the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, executive assistance, business administration or similar
  • Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry, word and excel
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems

-Optional knowledge of QC systems such as ISO 9001, ISO17025

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00-$30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
